Ordering

What’s the minimum order?

Our minimum is 100 units per style for counter displays. Larger floor stands and dump bins can be quoted from smaller runs. Smaller sample or specialty runs can be quoted case by case.

Is there a maximum order size?

No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for national retail rollouts and multi-location chains, with per-unit pricing improving as quantities grow.

Can I order a sample before a bulk run?

Yes. We can produce a pre-production sample or printed proof so you can check the structure and print in person before committing to the full run. Ask us about sample terms when you request your quote.

Can I mix display styles in one order?

Yes. You can combine different styles — say countertop display boxes and PDQ shelf trays — and they count together toward volume pricing.

Can I reorder later and match my last batch?

Yes. We keep your artwork, dielines, and color choices on file, so a reorder months later matches your original displays.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?

No. Mockups are free and delivered in 24–48 hours, with unlimited revisions until you approve. We only charge once the design is locked and production begins.

What artwork files do you need?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo, PNG, or JPG, our designers will recreate your logo as a print-ready file at no charge.

I don’t have a logo — can you help?

Yes. Send a sketch, a reference, or just a description and our design team will build print-ready artwork for you before you order.

Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?

Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on print and metallic foil so your display matches your brand standards. Note your Pantone numbers on the quote form.

What print and finish options are available?

Displays can be litho-laminated, flexo-printed, or digitally printed in full color, on corrugated board, rigid chipboard, or foam board, with options like matte or gloss lamination, metallic foil, and clear windows on select styles.

How many revisions do I get?

Unlimited, and always free. We revise the mockup as many times as it takes for you to be happy before anything goes into production.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?

Standard production is about 2 to 3 weeks from your approved mockup. Timelines vary with quantity and finish; we confirm your date with the quote.

Do you offer rush production?

Yes. Rush options are available for firm deadlines like a product launch, reset, or trade show. Tell us your in-hand date and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide across the United States, and can quote international shipping on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Displays ship flat-packed to keep freight down. We’ll include it in your written quote so there are no surprises.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we can split a run across multiple locations — useful for multi-store retail rollouts and franchises.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

We make it right. If displays arrive defective or don’t match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items. See our Return Policy for how that works.

Pricing & Payment

How much do custom display boxes cost?

Pricing is by quote and depends on display type, size, quantity, and finish. Each product page shows a typical bulk range — for example, countertop display boxes from about $0.90–$3.20 per unit, or floor display stands from about $6–$28 each at minimum quantities.

Why don’t you list exact prices?

The accurate number depends on your display type, size, quantity, print method, and options. A quick quote gives you a real price rather than a misleading flat rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, plus ACH and purchase orders for established retailers and brands.

Do you offer a lowest-price guarantee?

Yes. If you find a comparable custom retail display at a lower price, tell us — our lowest-price guarantee means we’ll do our best to beat it.

Product & Care

What are the displays made of?

Depending on the style, displays use corrugated cardboard (E- or F-flute), rigid chipboard, or foam board. Heavier board and structural inserts are available for floor stands, dump bins, and product showcase boxes that carry more weight.

How strong are the displays — will they hold a full facing of product?

Yes. Our structural designers engineer each display for its load, using the right flute, board weight, and internal supports so floor stands and dump bins hold a full facing without bowing through the promotion.

Do the displays ship assembled or flat-packed?

Most displays ship flat-packed to cut freight and storage, and set up in minutes with simple fold-and-lock construction. Pre-assembled options are available on request for select styles.

How should I store the displays before setup?

Displays ship flat to save space and assemble quickly. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from moisture so the board and print stay in top condition until you set them up on the floor.
